
This week I weight trained 3 days with no rest. Today is my last day of STS month 2. I'll take the whole week off next week.
(I still have to do cardio for the rest of this week)
I worked my back and biceps. It was pretty heavy. I didn't feel it at the beginning but then I started sweating even with the air conditioning and fan on.
I used my Dyna band that I broke last week. I tied the 2 pieces together and it's still useable. Have to go buy another one when I have time. The store I bought it from went out of business so I might have to order online.
My diet has its ups and downs. But I think I've been doing better.
My body fat is between 22 - 23 % Not sure if I can lower it much more than this.
Still no six pack!!!!
